The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to prevailing Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
All content on the site is available only to users over the age of 18.

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
Privacy Policy
We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input personal details in order for us to identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, credit card or other payment information. We confirm that this information will be held by us.
Protecting Your Security
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases.
We take the risk of internet fraud very seriously. With the volume of fraudulent credit card transactions increasing, we make every effort to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked using the information already supplied. There is a possibility we may contact you to make additional security checks and we ask for your co-operation to enable us to complete them. We will not tolerate fraudulent transactions and such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Purchasing Products
Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section on the product pages.
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.
We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. Offers are subject to Terms & Conditions. You may cancel an order with us any time prior to dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will grant you a full refund excluding posting costs.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery takes between 3-5 working days for domestic orders, and between 5 - 10 working days for international orders. We use UPS and DPD Couriers, depending on the size of your parcel. You must supply a telephone number for the courier and be at the address to receive your item.
Shipping of domestic orders is free. Shipping of international orders is €13. All delivery charges are subject to change and delivery is subject to credit card authorization, and stock availability.
Returning Unwanted Goods
In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, we will accept goods returned within 14 days from date of delivery so long as they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging, the original invoice. Returns would be accepted only on unopened products in their original packaging.
Please note that it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay postage costs back to us, and we in turn will pay for your items to be resent to you. Refunds will be issued excluding the cost of delivery.
Returning Faulty Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged you must report this to us within 24 hours by phone or email so we can collect and resend through our courier company.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival we will happily exchange or refund your item within 30 days of receiving the returned item. In the event of you not being happy with any product you order, please follow this returns procedure:
• Please email us to notify us of your intent to return within 48 hours of receipt. You should advise us whether you’d like an alternative product/replacement or a refund. (ANY RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE MAY BE DELAYED IN BEING PROCESSED).
• Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in a saleable condition. Please enclose the original receipt with the parcel.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days.
• Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely.
• Please take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the parcel go missing.
Your exchanged goods will be shipped free of charge - you pay to ship back to us, and we'll pay to re-send your order. Your shipping fee would be refunded in the form of a voucher that can be used on our website to make a purchase.
For returns, we will refund the order into the bank account as stated by the customer. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately).
